WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT DOES NOT REACH ME?

OUR REFUND POLICY COMES IN 3 DAYS AFTER THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY DATE. THE CUSTOMER CAN LAY A COMPLAIN OF PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED. YOU EITHER GET A REFUND OR ANOTHER DELIVERY. DELAYS CAN OCCUR BASED ON THE FACT THAT HUMANS HANDLE THE DELIVERY PROCESS, THAT IS WHY WE GIVE 3 DAYS EXTRA BEFORE A COMPLAIN CAN BE MADE.
